Our DECEMBER 2025 RENEW & RISE UP RETREAT is being hosted
at the beautiful Synergy Holistic Eco-Luxury Retreat Center in
Uvita, Costa Rica
Our guests will have access to all of the retreat amenities, including meals, snacks and on-site options to invest in massages and additional excursions in the area. A shuttle from SJO airport to the retreat center and back to SJO airport after the retreat are included in your registration.
A friendly reminder flights and additional travel are not included, given how wide-spread our guest list and networks are. See our helpful FAQ page for travel recommendations (the airport we recommend you fly into is SJO, approximately 3.5hrs from our retreat).

To honour the sacred energy of those who are ready to PAY IN FULL and REGISTER EARLY (BEFORE MAY 1ST 2025) we have created a very special "VIP EXPERIENCE".
Designed to help you prepare for our collective retreat experience, explore and heal on an even deeper level, these VIP Experiences give you a 90-minute private session with one of our hosts. Nestled inside our own private sanctuary, we’ll hold space for you (on a virtual video call) as we tap into the *very specific* physical, emotional, mental and energetic components that are coming up for you so you can release, recharge and RENEW your sense of self and set crystal clear intentions, feeling fully supported and even more prepared to dive into this immersive group experience.
Available until May 1st. You will be notified via email within 24hrs of booking to confirm whether you have received VIP.
